At the moment I'm reading a book called 'Gotta Find Me An Angel' by Brenda Brooks, in which she discloses the ins and outs of her life to the ghost of her former best friend. Since she hasn't seen her for decades, they have a lot to catch up on and just about nothing is sacred. This blog might be a little like that, with me telling you, ghostly or not, just about anything. I only hope my work can be half as witty and beautifully written as Brenda Brooks.
Ready for the runway

It's almost time to launch my site along the runway and into cyber-space. While it will forever be a work in progress, with some rapid growth over the next couple of months, the positive feedback I've received from the people who've kindly 'sneak previewed' Writing Down Under, has encouraged me to start the propellors and prepare for take-off.
Hence I'll be registering with Google and other search engines, emailing fellow writers and friends and generally figuring out how to promote my inaugural flight from the writingdownunder.com base. The new domain name is registered and should be fully functional within 48 hours.
Many thanks to my supporters. The journey is just beginning.
